Topic of my thesis
I am actually finishing my Health informatics masters an i would like to have a dissertation topic for my final research.
Someone to help me with?
I am interested in telemedicine but in my country Rwanda it is not on a high level of use but some software s are installed in District hospitals to share with referral hospitals but i can't tell you how it is used if it is effective and efficient.
Help me to get a topic Please!

Also a study to explore the user experiences of maybe staff in District hospitals that use the software. User experiences are good in informing how well implementation is going on.

It seems like something need to investigate for the effective of telemedicine like Chris said, as I am living in developing country, this situation is very hard to overcome lots things impact for the investigation, such as policy, culture and so on.

Sounds like you should pursue the telemedicine line - how about a study to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing software and recommendations for new software or projects?
