I don't know think it's necessary at all to keep hard copies. If you're using an accredited EMR solution, it will have patient data backup no matter what. It's much safer to keep your important data in electronic form, as it protects against many th…

It is better to keep important hard copies of discharge summary, Reffereral letter, consent form etc., coz even if emr backup fails the patient can be treated by seeing discharge summary
We have a solution in our EMR that could cater to ur requirment
We have just began our EHR Management but there is this suggestion that there is the need to continue printing the records and preparing the hardcopies of every patients' record and filling them. Any suggestion as to how to handling this situation.
