A Social Network and MOOC for Health Informatics Professionals and Students
The Health Informatics Forum is a social networking website for health informatics professionals and students from around the world.
The site runs a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) that uses content developed through a $10 million grant from the Office of the National Coordinator in the US.
The site now has over 7,000 registered members and receives over 8,000 unique visitors per month.
The site is administered by Dr Chris Paton a Clinical Research Fellow (Medical Doctor) at Oxford University and Founder/Director of New Media Medicine Ltd.
