Dr Najeeb Al-Shorbaji been working as he worked consultant in knowledge management and eHealth since March 2017. Prior to that Vice-President for Knowledge, Research and Ethics at the Knowledge World Company for Digital Content since September 2015. He worked as Director of Knowledge, Ethics and Research at the World Health Organization (WHO) Headquarters between September 2008 and August 2015. Between February 1988 and August 2008 he worked as Coordinator for Knowledge Management and Sharing, Regional Advisor for Health and Information and Telecommunication and Information Scientist at the WHO Regional Office in Amman, Alexandria and Cairo. Prior to that he held other positions in charge of library and information services in Jordan and Dubai. He holds a PhD in Information Science since 1986. He has published over 200 research papers, book chapters and presentations and attended, presented and delivered keynote addresses in over 150 professional conferences. Dr Al-Shorbaji is a Founding Member of the International Academy of Health Informatics. He is a member of a number of national, regional and international scientific associations and committees.
