it seems , for software development in health informatics in the health care and treatment centers , expertise and experience of controller or manager in execute HIS/EHR software is very important.
however other things are important ,too.
such as:
1- improvement in software science.
2- application tools that must be at least in HL7 regulation.
3- level of knowledge of centers managers about health informatics.
4- hardware possibilities of centers.
5- tendency of managers and expert ersons to use HIS/EHR applications.
6- support from chief of centers.
7- knowledge of users about software.
8- have a complete plan for execute HIS/EHR applications according to circumstances of centers.
9- kind of current process in management health or medical records.
10- amount and volume of production of data , like text , image, voice , film , ... and importance of them attending to kind of centers.
11- number of experts person in centers and expectation of them about HIS/EHR applications.
12- ability of financial in the centers.
13- being a suppor office near the center and establish of complete remote assisstance , if the HIS/EHR applications are purchased from another company.
in fact, without enough experties , experience and knowledge in applying HIS/EHR applications , two important factor (time and money) will waste.
with create this group , i am trying to open discussions about useful and efficient experience to applying HIS/EHR applications.
