You can also try searching Telecare Aware for relevant up-to-date telehealth items, but start with the 'What is Telecare' page (http://www.telecareaware.com/index.php/what-is-telecare.html) and look at the other discussion on terminology from the Opinion page.

Also in Australia it is used a lot to service the vast outback remote areas
