Medical Tourism - boon or curse ?
I was wondering whether medical tourism should be actively marketed in a developing country.
Would this strengthen the medical infrastructure locally ? Should it be a semi-public enterprise ?
Is it time for the medical industry to evolve in the marketplace... What are your thoughts on the matter ?

In a truly global marketplace, and to some degree the due to the "death of distance", health systems will and can interact more easily. What will the nature of this be, especially for the North/Spouth divide ?
