Its a very good initiative...help students how to incorporate informatics in healthcare system, specially in developing countries' hospital as well as we can share ideas with each other.thnx

It is a very good journal. I think you guys did a very great job with this initiative. I like the fact that it is an open access resource and I would definitely say that developing countries will appreciate your work. Getting health care information for free will help a lot of people considering the fact, that usually it is extremely expensive getting proper health care information. Go on with the great job you are doing. A lot of people will definitely think it to be absolutely useful.
