I am in the same situation as well. Currently very confused whether i should do health informatics. I have a current job atm as a registered nurse, but i would like a career change. i heard that after graduation from health informatics the salary would start from $30-50 K. But have to have at least 5 years experience before $50 k up. Is this true? Also the status of the jobs. Is it hard to find a full time job related to health informatics? Keep me posted as well. ta

Well the confusion is too much,,, i m doing research on the job opportunities as well as the career options....well u r a reg nurse ...so can go for different side rather than cuming to health informatics means,, you can go further for post RN ..keep me posted ..so will give u more n more info
